Description
Oval gear flow meter can be customized according to your requirements. Different liquid (acid, alkali, salt, oil, organic solution, etc.) flow meter bodies can be made of different materials. Adding a signaling device to the counting mechanism and matching the electronic display instrument can realize centralized remote control of cumulative, quantitative and instantaneous flow. Adding a liquid crystal digital counter can display instantaneous/cumulative flow on site, and realizing remote transmission of multiple signals (pulse/current/communication) at the same time. Adding a radiator or gear teeth can measure high-temperature and highly viscous liquids. Thermal insulation jackets can be installed to conduct heat tracing and insulation of the flow meter.
Conventional accuracy ±0.5%, high-precision model can reach ±0.2%;
Good repeatability, 0.5 level accuracy repeatability <0.17%, 0.2 level accuracy repeatability <0.07%; Mechanical structure performance is more stable, viscosity adaptability is stronger, and temperature resistance is higher;
The range is large, and the starting flow is small. Normal measurement can be achieved even below the lower limit of flow;
Strong viscosity adaptability, viscosity measurement range can reach 0.3~2000 mPa.s;
Wide temperature resistance range, temperature adaptation range can reach-40~+300℃.
