Multichannel ultrasonic flow meter
1 to 8 multichannel ultrasonic flow meter consists of a converter, sensors and connecting cables. The converter is divided into wall-mounted type and plate-mounted type, and can be equipped with three types of sensors: pipeline type, plug-in type, and clamp-on type.
The multichannel ultrasonic flow meter is an instrument that measures the liquid flow in a circular tube based on the principle of "velocity difference". This instrument uses digital analysis and error correction technology to make the instrument more suitable for the harsh environment of the industrial site and has accurate and reliable measurement.
Advantage
● High temperature resistant, corrosion resistant, and long life sensor
The plug-in high temperature sensor adopts a ceramic acoustic wedge mode, and the external-clip high temperature sensor adopts a crimping mode. The sensor can work at 160℃ (medium temperature) for a long time and can exceed 200℃ (medium temperature) in a short time.
● Safer and more accurate plug-in sensors
The plug-in sensor adopts a high-pressure resistant auxiliary screw and an anti-rotation structure to ensure the safety and accuracy of installation, debugging and measurement.
● Fast measurement speed
The response speed in high-speed mode is ≤200ms, and accurate measurement is also performed in pulsed flow.
● Stable and accurate measurement
The instrument converter has a commutation self-calibration function, which measures and calibrates in real time. Changing the sensor will not affect the measurement accuracy. Specially designed time difference detection circuit ensures stability and accuracy of measurement.
● Complete traffic management functions
Measurement data over a decade can be queried for analysis of operation conditions.
● Multi-channel measurement
You can choose from 1 to 8 measurement channels, and the sensors can be installed in two ways: parallel and cross.
